Ratings: FX’s “The Americans” Slips, Remains Well Above Season Low

Substantially hotter than the episode that delivered a series low performance on February 25, Wednesday’s edition of FX’s “The Americans” nonetheless suffered a week-over-week decline.

This week’s edition of the critically acclaimed series drew a 0.31 adults 18-49 rating with 1.125 million viewers. Both numbers trail those of the previous episode, which posted a 0.35 rating with 1.224 million.

This week’s declined viewership mark still falls on the positive side of the 2015 median. Of the seven previous season three episodes, only the 1/28 season premiere (1.90 million) and aforementioned 3/11 episode drew larger audiences.

The corresponding season two episode, which aired on April 16, 2014, reached 1.386 million viewers.
