Keith Urban Goes #1 on Billboard Country Airplay, Luke Bryan Hits Top 25

While Little Big Town’s “Day Drinking” claimed the top spot on Mediabase’s weekly country chart, Keith Urban’s “Somewhere in My Car” notched first position on Billboard’s audience-driven country airplay chart.

Up one position this week, “Car” becomes Urban’s seventeenth Billboard Country Airplay number one. Since the chart’s genesis in 1990, only nine country artists have claimed more airplay leaders.

Also on the move this week: Luke Bryan’s “I See You.” Destined to be another smash, the sixth single from Bryan’s “Crash My Party” claims greatest gainer honors with a vault to #23.

Garth Brooks’ “Mom” and Rodney Atkins’ “Eat Sleep Love You Repeat” arrive at #50 and #59, respectively.
