This week, Lynch’s song rises to #1 on Mediabase’s spin-based country radio chart.
With 8,112 spins during the seven days between September 14 and 20, “Where it’s At” dethrones Kenny Chesney’s “American Kids” to become the format’s most-played song. Its audience of 58.54 million was also the week’s largest, at least as far as the Mediabase panel is concerned.
Cole Swindell’s “Hope You Get Lonely Tonight” rises to #2 on the weekly chart, while Luke Bryan’s “Roller Coaster” hops into the #3 slot. Florida Georgia Line’s “Dirt” advances to #4, while the aforementioned “American Kids” slips to #5.
— New to the country top 40 this week are Tim McGraw’s “Shotgun Rider” (#35, +8) and Thomas Rhett’s “Make Me Wanna” (#38, +3).
