NBC’s “Dracula” Cancelled; Show Will Not Receive Season 2

Only one of NBC’s Friday night bubble series will continue into next season.

After renewing the critically acclaimed, but modestly rated “Hannibal” Friday, NBC opted not to extend the same courtesy to “Dracula.” The series, which premiered this year, will not receive a second season.

Earlier this week, the network cancelled bubble series “Growing Up Fisher,” “Community,” “Believe,” “Crisis” and “Revolution.” It opted to continue with “Hannibal” and “About a Boy.”

Following the “Dracula” cancellation, only “Parenthood” is left on the bubble.
