Not everyone can be number one.
But how would it feel to not even make the top twenty?
To find out, ask those behind CBS’ “The Crazy Ones,” “Intelligence” and “The Mentalist.” Those series are the only ones still left on the bubble for next season.
After previously renewing “The Big Bang Theory” and “Survivor” for next year, CBS announced eighteen more renewals Thursday. “NCIS,” “NCIS: LA,” “Person of Interest,” “CSI,” “Hawaii 5-0,” “Blue Bloods,” “Criminal Minds,” “Elementary,” “The Good Wife,” “2 Broke Girls,” “The Millers,” “Mom,” “Mike & Molly,” “Two and a Half Men,” “The Amazing Race,” “60 Minutes,” “48 Hours” and “Undercover Boss” will all be back next year.
“The best way to launch new shows in the fall and throughout the season is to surround them with a strong and stable lineup of successful series,” said Nina Tassler, Chairman of CBS Entertainment. “The shows we’re picking up today cut across every night of the week and feature genre leaders, time-period winners and the most-watched shows on broadcast television.”
