CBS’ combined news of confirmed pickups and cancellations still leaves the fate of some series in the dark, but sources indicate to Headline Planet that “The Good Wife” is very much expected to return next season.
The show’s wishy-washy demo performance has only become more pronounced in the current second season, but with a high viewer-count and tremendous creative acclaim, it is expected to make CBS’ cut.
The New York Times, meanwhile, reports that “Mike & Molly,” “Hawaii 5-0” and “Blue Bloods” will all be back next year. It is unclear if this was intended as actual “scoop” from NYT or if it was simply the publication reflecting on rumors that all three bubble series are considered near-locks for renewals.
Elsewhere, “Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior” and the three “CSI” series are still awaiting updates.
