Christina Aguilera Joins Cee-Lo, Adam Levine on NBC’s “The Voice”

NBC’s is definitely committed to a high-profile roster for its upcoming music competition series “The Voice.” The network announced Wednesday that Christina Aguilera has joined the show as one of the coaches.

Aguilera joins previously-announced names Cee-Lo Green and Adam Levine (Maroon 5); the fourth coach has yet to be revealed.

“I am so excited to be part of such a wonderful project that celebrates music and the talent behind it,” said Aguilera. “To be given the opportunity to help shape new artists’ careers and mentor them to see their dreams come to fruition is a task I welcome with open arms.I am so happy to be working with fellow Grammy Award winners Adam and Cee Lo as I feel there is so much we can all bring to ‘The Voice.'”

Premiering Tuesday, April 26, “The Voice” is hosted by Carson Daly.
