WWE.com ran an angle earlier this weekend announcing that WWE Pro Vickie Guerrero “fired” her NXT rookie Aloisa prior to the show’s third season premiere this Tuesday.
“Various sources are reporting that Guerrero, the temperamental Official Consultant of SmackDown, had an argument with her 6-foot-9 Rookie Diva over Vickie’s influence over Aloisia,” read a WWE.com article, which added that Vickie will reveal her new rookie on the broadcast.
Backstage reports that have broken on the matter claim that the story is a work–Aloisa is expected to work on her skills in the FCW developmental territory.
What has not been unanimous in backstage reports, however, is the extent to which Aloisa will actually be appearing on WWE television in the short-term. Some believe the “firing” was based on the realization that the 6’9″ female is simply too green for television and needs time to develop before being introduced to the WWE audience; others, however, feel the WWE.com story is simply a way to build up Aloisa’s debut as a feuding partner for Guerrero.
