Ryan Bader has used his dominant strength to rack up an undefeated record in mixed martial arts, but in going against Keith Jardine, Bader would be facing his toughest opponent to date.
Would Ryan Bader emerge from UFC 110 unbeaten? Or, would the crafty Keith Jardine, who had lost his last two fights–and three of his last four–show Bader that fighting a veteran makes for a more daunting task?
The result follows:
The fight belonged to Bader. After getting outworked by the strong Bader in round one, Jardine seemed to neutralize his opponent with his unusual striking and timing in round two. But when round three rolled around, Bader found an opportunity and pushed forward, ultimately knocking out Jardine with a left midway through the final frame.
Ryan Bader defeated Keith Jardine via knockout (punch) at 2:10 of Round Three.
