Latest News on Storyline Plans for Bret Hart vs. Vince McMahon

While the Vince McMahon-Bret Hart storyline has already deviated a bit from the original plan, thus rendering any current storyline direction very “tentative,” sources have noted that WWE generally has a game plan for the duration of the angle.

According to F4WOnline.com, the plan is for the two to have limited live interaction once March rolls around. Save for one or two key moments that offer the hard sell for their expected WrestleMania match, the general approach has apparently been to intensify the heat in January and February so that March can be utilized for the match’s verbal sales pitch.

Some have found it interesting that Vince McMahon vs. Bret Hart and Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels, the two biggest matches scheduled for this year’s WWE WrestleMania, are, according to storyline, not going to happen. While the feeling is that everyone knows “miracles” will be worked out to assure Hart and Michaels can get their desired Mania matchups, some have questioned how long WWE should hold off on formally confirming the bouts.
