Wicked Local Saugus reports that WWE’s Randy Orton is facing a court hearing after an alleged altercation with a fan.
According to the 15-year-old-male accuser, Orton assaulted him in the parking lot of Kowloon Restaurant on January 8.
The teenage boy told police that he took a photo of the wrestling superstar and then asked Orton if he would pose for an additional picture.
He then claims that instead of complying with the photo request, Orton spit gum at his face and called him a derogatory name.
The boy’s mother apparently responded by confronting Orton, at which point, “The Viper” remarked, “so sue me.”
Leonard Campanello of the Saugus Police Department reports that another juvenile has confirmed the story as a witness.
If charges go forward, Orton would face a count of simple assault and battery.
Orton did not assault him all he did is spit gum at him that is not assault assault is when you beat the holy he’ll of someone I wish the media would get their facts right I hope orton wins cause this whole assault thing is a load of crap lol

You could not be charged with an assault if an assault didnt happen. Obviously this is concidered an assault. If some big idiot spit in my childs face, a much bigger assault would have been returned. If you dont want fans for your stunt tricks and little superman outfits, stay in your house, flex in the mirror, and do tricks off your bed. This parent is doing the right thing. Its actions like that, that turn people off. If he was a real man, he would apologize to this boy. Most of these mindless comments are probably from fans with no kids, or dead beat parents.
futhermore, bodily fluids transfer diseases. There is nothing lower than spitting in someones face. If you think this is acceptable, then you really must check out your own selfworth and respect. I think this is such a shame. This young boy was probably a big fan and like most teenage kids have insecurity issues and im sure this will be a big impact on him. People need to stop defending bad behavior and make EVERYONE accountable for there actions. Especially public figures.

Another thing for the mindless fans who worship stuntmen who pretend to wrestle. In most states, especially Massachusetts. any attempt to project saliva, urine or feces on another person is assault since the onset of HIV, hepatitis and other communicable fatal contact diseases. This kid just wanted a photo. The useless piece of garbage who loves the money fans pay to see his circus show show, should have the minimal brains to interact with a fan without showing his subhuman IQ and lack of humanity. I hope the higher ups in the World Fake Wrestling organization suspend him and he ends up paying a civil fine to the kid for the ASSAULT.
