Though his quitting announcement at WrestleMania came off like a storyline of doubted sincerity, John Bradshaw Layfield is sticking to the notion that he has wrestled his last match.
In a WWE Universe blog update, Layfield says he is committed to building his Layfield Energy brand, while simultaneously working with Charlie Haas to grow Custom-Muscle.
Regarding any possible future in pro wrestling, JBL has nothing planned for the short-term.
“I have no current plans on doing anything in the future on a professional level with WWE. I don’t plan on doing commentary, in fact; it hasn’t even been brought up to me. I don’t plan on being an on air character. I plan on starting the next chapter in my life, and closing the door on this one,” said the former champion.
He did, nonetheless, leave the door open. He advised, “You may see me in the WWE again.”
I would like to know about Jeff Hardy and his current injury as of Sept 23, 2010.
Thank you, Jean
I’m writing this in response to your column about Glee’s ratings shrinking down to a 4.0 this week without any ‘obvious excuses’. Well there is actually one really glaring excuse. This is a holiday week in the United States and I myself personally missed this show due to being felt up in the airport trying to board my plane home for the holidays. I’m sure ALOT of people are facing these huge lines and pat downs and were just too busy and not around to watch it.
i love u john please comme back
you are only 0ne superstar in wresting realy
and best of luck
I wrote to ask if the site on John Cena has a monitor because if you do not, you should look into it. There are three people that are not even talking about John or the WWE. I trully enjoy your site other than the potty mouth on Johns site. And also JEAN, JEFF HARDY can be seen on TNA on Thursday nites. Check for TNA wrestling on Thursday. He is the current Champ there. Hope it helps.
I’m an African fan of John cena, tis now too long without him on the ring, howz Cena? Great love for you JOHN.
I think brian should stick with wrestling and any other phony tacky sport or entertainment. His take on Mick Jagger is pointless and petty and shows no professional journalism at all. Long after he is gone (and maybe not even that long) people will remember Mick Jagger for the iconic rock legend he is. The internet is awash today with glowing reviews of how great Jagger was on the Grammy’s and many of them are even saying he stold the show. Novice wannbees like Brian should yap less and pay more attention. Maybe he could learn something.
