At the start of Monday’s show, twenty four artists were in contention for this season’s “The Voice” trophy.
By the end of Wednesday’s episode, only twelve remained. Teams Blake, Alicia, Kelly and Adam are each left with three contestants.
Team Blake is down to Kyla Jade, Pryor Baird, and Spensha Baker. Jade advanced as America’s pick Monday night, while Baird was the team’s leading vote-getter Tuesday. Baker advanced thanks to Blake’s “save.”
Team Kelly now consists of Brynn Cartelli, Kaleb Lee and DR King. Cartelli and Lee were the leading vote-getters on Monday and Wednesday, respectively. Kelly used her save to thrust King into the next round.
Britton Buchanan, Jackie Foster and Christiana Danielle are the last three standing for Team Alicia. Buchanan advanced as America’s choice on Monday, while Tuesday’s votes went the way of Foster. Danielle received her coach’s save.
Team Adam enters the Top 12 with Sharane Calister, Rayshun LaMarr and Jackie Verna still in contention. Calister received the fan vote on Monday, LaMarr garnered the fan vote Wednesday, and Verna earned her spot via Adam’s save.
The remaining twelve season fourteen contestants will take the stage on Monday, April 23.
