Ratings: “Ellen’s Game Of Games” Wins Tuesday With Official Premiere

NBC’s “Ellen’s Game Of Games” made a big splash Tuesday.

The official, two-hour series premiere comfortably won the night in adults 18-49.

According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, the 8PM episode drew a 2.2 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 8.76 million overall viewers.

The 9PM episode followed with a 2.4 rating and 8.86 million in viewership.

The adults 18-49 ratings were the night’s best. “NCIS,” the next-best performer in the demo, drew a 1.5.

“Game Of Games” meanwhile took fourth place in overall viewership (below “NCIS,” “Bull” and “NCIS: New Orleans”).

The official “Game Of Games” premiere comfortably outperformed the December 18 preview, which drew a 1.7 rating and 7.23 million viewers after an episode of “The Voice.”

NBC adds that it was “the top in-season, regular-slot premiere of a new alternative series since ‘Little Big Shots’ in March 2016.”

— “Game Of Games” led into “Chicago Med,” which drew a 1.5 rating and 6.91 million viewers.
