Kesha’s 2017 comeback album “Rainbow” just earned a certification from the RIAA.

The chart-topping, Grammy-nominated album is officially gold in the US.

Issued on December 14, the award confirms 500,000 in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 album sale, 10 track sales or 1500 track streams.

A success as an overall album (it debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200), “Rainbow” has also spawned a hit single in “Praying.” The poignant ballad has thus far attained platinum status in the United States.

“Rainbow” is up for Best Pop Vocal Album at this year’s Grammys. Kesha also picked up a nod for her performance on “Praying.”
