Blake Shelton’s “Every Time I Hear That Song” enters the Top 5 on this week’s edition of the Mediabase country radio singles chart.

Up two places, “Every Time” takes #5 on this week’s listing.

The #5 position is based on the song’s number of weekly chart points, but “Every Time” also ranks as the Mediabase country panel’s fifth-most-played and fifth-most-heard song for the June 4-10 tracking week.

It received 7,096 spins (+802) and 46.484 million audience impressions.

— As “Every Time I Hear That Song” enters the Top 5, Keith Urban’s “The Fighter (featuring Carrie Underwood)” and Lady Antebellum’s “You Look Good” enter the Top 10.

The former rises two spots to #9. It also ranks at #9 for spins (5,495, +235) and impressions (35.497 million).

“You Look Good” enjoys a two-place gain to #10. It meanwhile takes #11 for spins (5,141, +108) and #10 for impressions (35.459 million).
