Zedd & Alessia Cara’s collaborative “Stay” is poised to enter the Top 10 on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.
“Stay” received 8,625 spins during the first six days of the April 9-15 tracking week. Up 11.9% from the count at this point last week, the tally slots “Stay” at #9 on Mediabase’s building chart.
The single faces no imminent threat from below and should thus endure no difficulty retaining its Top 10 position through the close of tracking.
Cara last reached the Top 10 — and went all the way to #1 — with her single “Scars To Your Beautiful.”
Zedd last entered the Top 10 as a featured artist on Hailee Steinfeld & Grey’s “Starving.” His previous Top 10 entry as a lead artist was “Stay The Night (featuring Hayley Williams),” which entered the territory in late 2013.
