As DNCE prepares for the November 18 release of its debut album, its debut single earns a new certification from the RIAA.

The Joe Jonas-fronted band’s Cake By The Ocean recently earned a 3x platinum honor.

Issued November 3, the certification confirms 3 million in US units. Each unit is equal to 1 paid download or 150 streams.
