As the duo’s “Ride” moves to #1 on the Mediabase pop airplay chart, twenty one pilots’ “Heathens” ascends to the apex at another format.

Played ~3,052 times during the August 21-27 tracking period (+128), “Heathens” rises one place to #1 on this week’s Mediabase alternative airplay chart.

“Heathens” seizes the throne from Cage The Elephant’s “Trouble,” which drops to #2 after a single week on top. “Trouble” received ~3,012 weekly spins (+1).

Kaleo’s “Way Down We Go” holds at #3 with ~2,735 spins (-186), while Blink-182’s “Bored To Death” remains #4 courtesy a spin count of ~2,637 (-182).

Bishop Briggs’ “River” holds at #5 with ~2,572 tracking week plays (+78).
