5 Seconds of Summer’s “Hey Everybody!” and Halsey’s “New Americana” officially reach the Top 40 on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

Spun 1,387 times during the October 11-17 tracking week (1,024), “Hey Everybody!” soars twenty places to #35 on the latest listing.

Cut from the band’s forthcoming “Sounds Good Feels Good,” “Hey Everybody!” is the follow-up to 5SOS’ Top 15 pop hit “She’s Kinda Hot.”

“New Americana,” meanwhile, enjoys a two-place lift to #39. It earns its new position on the strength of 900 tracking week spins (+69).

Halsey’s track first made its mark at the alternative format, where it currently holds the #17 position.
