“Mad Men” Star Jon Hamm Finally Wins Emmy For Outstanding Actor in a Drama;

While his performance as Don Draper had consistently earned critical acclaim – and Emmy nominations – it had never earned him an actual Emmy trophy.

That changed Sunday night, when “Mad Men” star Jon Hamm walked away with the Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.

Kyle Chandler (Bloodline), Jeff Daniels (The Newsroom), Bob Odenkirk (Better Call Saul), Liev Schreiber (Ray Donovan) and Kevin Spacey (House of Cards) were also nominated.
