Kendrick Lamar, Meek Mill, E-40, Selena Gomez Reach Rhythmic Radio’s Top 40

Four songs officially enter the Top 40 on this week’s Mediabase rhythmic radio airplay chart. Two come from participants in Taylor Swift’s star-studded “Bad Blood” video.

Kendrick Lamar, who appears on the actual record in addition to the video, reaches the weekly Top 40 with his own single. Up thirteen places, Lamar’s “Alright” secures #35 on the strength of its 654 weekly spins (+299).

Featured on Meek Mill’s #1 album “Dreams Worth More Than Money,” single “All Eyes On You (featuring Chris Brown and Nicki Minaj)” reaches #37 on this week’s chart. Up seventeen places, it received 590 spins during the July 5-11 tracking week (+311).

Spun 576 times during the tracking week (+138), E-40’s “Choices” enters the Top 40 at #38. It was #42 on last week’s chart.

Selena Gomez, who plays the villain in Swift’s video, is responsible for the week’s final new Top 40 entry. Up eighteen places, her “Good for You (featuring A$AP Rocky)” earns #40 on the strength of its 552 tracking week spins (+321).
