ACM Awards: Little Big Town Wins Vocal Group of the Year

Earlier in the broadcast, the Academy of Country Music predictably named Florida Georgia Line the Vocal Duo of the Year.

Just as predictably, it issued the Vocal Group of the Year trophy to Little Big Town.

Riding the immense momentum associated with its single “Girl Crush,” Little Big Town accepted the award ahead of its planned ACM Awards performance.

It beat out The Band Perry, Zac Brown Band, Rascal Flatts and Lady Antebellum to earn the honor.
