Report: Hulk Hogan to Sue Bubba the Love Sponge Over Sex Tape

A Radar Online report alleging that one of Bubba the Love Sponge’s disgruntled ex-employees leaked the sex tape notwithstanding, Hulk Hogan is preparing to sue the shock jock and his ex-wife, notes TMZ.

According to the gossip rag, Hogan will allege invasion of privacy against Bubba and his then-wife Heather Clem, “on grounds Bubba and Heather conspired to roll tape during her encounter with Hulk.”

The tape, said to be years old, features Hulk Hogan engaging in a sexual escapade with Heather Clem, who was married to his close friend Bubba the Love Sponge at the time. A man’s voice, purported to be Bubba, is heard acknowledging what was about to go down between Hogan and Clem before leaving the room to give them privacy.

Privacy that, of course, did not exist given there was a video camera filming the proceedings.

Last week, TMZ, which apparently has seen more of the Hogan-Clem encounter than what was posted on Gawker, noted that after Hogan finishes with Clem and leaves the room, her shock jock husband walks into the room and declares that they could “use this footage” in the event they ever wanted to retire.

Hogan will also reportedly be suing Gawker over its role in distributing the teaser. Gawker did not take the footage down after receiving a cease-and-decist order last week.
