Tate McRae’s “TIT FOR TAT” Debuts At #2 On US Spotify Streaming Chart, #5 On Global Listing

It’s the only Top 10 debut on either chart.

Of the numerous new songs that hit Spotify this week, none made a bigger launch-day impact than Tate McRae’s “TIT FOR TAT.”

The surprise new release marks the only Top 10 debut on either the US Spotify or Global Spotify chart for Friday, September 26.

Credited with 1.87 million US streams, the song starts at #2 on the American listing. A worldwide streaming count of 4.32 million, meanwhile, earn a #5 start on the global breakdown.

The next-highest debut on the US chart is Tame Impala’s “Dracula,” which takes #14. Doja Cat’s “Gorgeous,” the runner-up among Global newcomers, starts at #47.
