This week’s “The Masked Singer” posted week-over-week gains in adults 18-49 and overall viewership.
According to fast national data posted by Showbuzz, Wednesday’s episode drew a 2.1 adults 18-49 rating and averaged 7.22 million overall viewers. The numbers narrowly top the 2.0 rating and 7.11 million viewer mark garnered last week.
The demo rating, moreover, convincingly ranks as the best posted by a broadcast network show Wednesday night. It will also rank as the week’s top rating for a non-sports program.
Season two of “The Masked Singer” is tracking below the inaugural season’s live+same-day performance, but it remains a force in the television landscape. Its stability after the post-season-premiere drop is also very encouraging.
