Sunday’s Grammy Awards ceremony proved to be a very big night for Dua Lipa.
The pop star took the stage for a performance with critically acclaimed musician St. Vincent. Shortly after delivering the late-show number, Dua Lipa received some major news.
She had won the Grammy for Best New Artist.
One of the “Big Four” Grammys, the trophy unquestionably represents the highest awards show honor Lipa has received.
Lipa clearly appreciated the significance of the situation; she could not hide her emotions as she returned to the backstage area.
