Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings” Claims #1 On iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music Charts

Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings” is off to an incredibly hot start on digital platforms. The single currently rules iTunes, Spotify and Apple Music.

As of press time at 1:15PM ET, “7 Rings” is a dominant #1 on the US iTunes store. It is outselling the #2 song by a factor of more than 4:1.

Although iTunes does not formally publish a global chart, its dominance extends globally.

Spotify notes that “7 Rings” was Friday’s #1 song globally and in the US. According to Spotifycharts, “7 Rings” received 8.555 million global streams and 3.848 million US streams on opening day. The counts top those of the #2 song (Post Malone & Swae Lee’s “Sunflower”) by over 3.5 million globally and 1.7 million in the US.

“7 Rings” is also the #1 song on the global and US Apple Music charts. It, moreover, was the top music video on YouTube (the video, moreover, is the top seller on the iTunes music video chart).
