For the fourth consecutive week, Lady Gaga ranks as the leading female act on Billboard’s Artist 100 chart.
Thanks to mammoth interest in her “A Star Is Born,” Gaga holds at #2 on this week’s edition of the chart. Insofar as she only trails a male performer (Andrea Bocelli), she ranks as the chart’s leading female artist.
The Artist 100 ranks the top artists in America based on factors like album sales, song consumption and social media activity.
Cardi B, who takes #5 on the overall chart, is the second-highest ranking female artist. Halsey is #3 among women and #9 overall, while Ariana Grande is the #4 female and #10 overall artist.
Up to #18 on the overall chart, Lauren Daigle places at #5 among female performers.
Other high-ranking female artists include Ella Mai (#6 female, #24 overall), Camila Cabello (#7 female, #36 overall), Taylor Swift (#8 female, #38 overall), P!nk (#9 female, #42 overall), and Cher (#10 female, #43 overall).
