Lil Dicky’s “Freaky Friday (featuring Chris Brown)” earns an impressive debut position on this week’s Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Representing the week’s top new entry, “Freaky Friday” joins the listing at #9.

The strong debut is unsurprising. “Freaky Friday” posted strong opening week sales and streaming numbers; the latter figure accounts for views on the buzzy music video.

In addition to sales and streaming activity, the Hot 100 incorporates radio data when ranking songs. While “Freaky Friday” was not as strong in that regard, it has received a decent amount of early airplay at the rhythmic, urban and pop formats.
