The 2016 MTV Video Music Awards ceremony is less than one week away.
MTV has nonetheless revealed very little regarding who to expect on the broadcast. To date, it has only confirmed performances from Rihanna, Britney Spears & G-Eazy, and Nick Jonas & Ty Dolla $ign. Rihanna will also be receiving the Video Vanguard Award.
Monday, it finally confirmed another performance for the show. MTV revealed that Future will take the stage during the August 28 ceremony.
Sunday’s show airs live from Madison Square Garden.
