2016 American Music Awards Ceremony Scheduled For November 20

ABC and dick clark productions have set a date for the annual American Music Awards ceremony.

The 2016 edition of the show will air as a live broadcast on Sunday, November 20.

Allen Shapiro and Mike Mahan are executive producers and Larry Klein, Barry Adelman and Mark Bracco are producers for the show, which recognizes the top artists in Pop/Rock, Alternative Rock, Country, Rap/Hip-Hop, Soul/R&B, Adult Contemporary, Contemporary Inspirational, Latin, EDM and Soundtrack.

All-genre awards include New Artist of the Year, Song of The Year, Collaboration of the Year and Artist of the Year.
