Thomas Rhett Stays #1 on Hot Country Songs, Matches Taylor Swift’s Airplay Streak

Thomas Rhett’s smash “Die A Happy Man” is still the hottest overall country song in America.

The song earns a tenth straight week — and eleventh overall — atop Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart.

In conjunction with its #1 position on the all-encompassing chart, “Die A Happy Man” earns a sixth straight week at #1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart. In doing so, it achieves the longest Billboard country radio reign since Taylor Swift’s “Our Song” ruled for six weeks in 2007-08.

“Happy Man” concurrently earns a fifth straight week (and twelfth overall) atop Country Digital Songs and holds at #2 on Country Streaming Songs.

Sam Hunt’s “Break Up In A Small Town,” which retains #1 on Streaming, is #2 on the Hot Country Songs chart. Luke Bryan’s “Home Alone Tonight (featuring Karen Fairchild)” holds at #3 on Hot Country, while Brothers Osborne’s “Stay A Little Longer” (#4, +2) and LoCash’s “I Love This Life” (#5, +1) complete the Top 5.
