Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” Reaches #1 On This Week’s Hot 100

Adele’s “Hello” ruled the past ten editions of the Billboard Hot 100.

It does not extend the streak to eleven.

Up one place, Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” seizes the throne from Adele’s juggernaut. In getting to the top spot, it becomes Bieber’s second leader on the all-encompassing Hot 100.

Bieber’s first #1 came in the form of direct predecessor “What Do You Mean?”

In conjunction with its Hot 100 victory, “Sorry” retains #1 on Streaming Songs (26.5 million streams), holds at #2 on Radio Songs (145 million impressions) and slips to #3 on Digital Songs (128,000 weekly sales).

The aforementioned “Hello” slips to #2 on this chart, while Justin Bieber’s “Love Yourself” holds at #3.

Drake’s “Hotline Bling” (#4) and twenty one pilots’ “Stressed Out” (#5) complete the Top 5.

Selena Gomez’ “Same Old Love” (#6), Shawn Mendes’ “Stitches” (#7), Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean?” (#8), Alessia Cara’s “Here” (#9), and Meghan Trainor’s “Like I’m Gonna Lose You (featuring John Legend)” (#10) form the balance of the Top 10.
