Drake’s “Hotline Bling” Earns 4X Platinum Honor in the United States

Though not yet listed in the RIAA database, Drake’s “Hotline Bling” has officially been certified under the organization’s digital singles program.

The smash hit single, which went as high as #2 on the Billboard Hot 100, has attained 4x platinum status in the United States.

Under the terms of the RIAA’s digital singles program, the 4x platinum honor reflects a US digital unit total in excess of 4 million. One unit is equal to 1 paid download or 100 streams.

Still a strong performer, “Hotline Bling” is currently #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, #5 on Streaming Songs, #5 on Digital Songs, and #6 on Radio Songs.
