Demi Lovato’s “Confident” Certified Gold in the United States

Demi Lovato [ABC]

While is not yet listed in the RIAA database, Hollywood Records recently announced that Demi Lovato’s single “Confident” secured a gold certification.

Under the terms of the RIAA’s digital singles program, the gold certification confirms a US digital unit total of at least 500,000. One unit is equal to 1 paid download or 100 streams.

“Confident” is the title track — and second single — from Lovato’s fifth studio album. Previous single “Cool For The Summer” was certified platinum this September.
