As her “Hello” extends its chart-topping reign to three weeks, Adele’s “When We Were Young” ventures into the Top 40 at hot adult contemporary radio.

Spun 316 times during the November 29-December 5 tracking week (+172), the “25” single rises seventeen places to #38 on this week’s Mediabase Hot AC airplay chart.

“When We Were Young” is one of two additions to the format’s Top 40. The Band Perry’s “Live Forever,” the other, enjoys a six-place lift to #40 on this week’s chart.

The country crossover received 302 tracking week spins (+99).
