CBS Orders 7 More “Supergirl” Episodes

In a Monday morning announcement, CBS confirmed that it has ordered seven additional first-season “Supergirl” episodes.

The order brings the show’s first season count to 20. While that is shy of the customary 22, CBS is still referring to the order as a “full season.”

In ordering additional “Supergirl” installments, CBS has issued full season orders to all four of its new fall series. Fellow newcomers “Life in Pieces,” “Limitless,” and “Code Black” had previously received such pickups.
