Last week, 5 Seconds of Summer’s “Hey Everybody!” narrowly missed the top spot on Mediabase’s pop radio add board. It received adds from 46 Mediabase-monitored stations, while Demi Lovato’s “Confident” earned pickups from 49.
This week, the new 5SOS single lays comfortable claim to the most-added honor.
“Hey Everybody!,” which is the second official single from “Sounds Good Feels Good,” won adds from an additional 55 monitored stations this week. That positions it ahead of One Direction’s new “Perfect” and Rudimental’s red-hot “Lay It All On Me (featuring Ed Sheeran)” atop the add board.
“Perfect” received 42 adds in conjunction with this week’s official launch, while Rudimental’s tune landed at an additional 41 stations.
Picked up by 33 stations, Demi Lovato’s aforementioned “Confident” ranks as fourth-most-added this week. Lovato also appears in the fifth-most-added position; Fall Out Boy’s “Irresistible,” which features Lovato, received 27 adds in conjunction with this week’s impact.
