Ratings: MTV’s “Teen Wolf” Viewership Sinks to Series Low

While the June 30 edition of MTV’s “Teen Wolf” posted a series low in total viewership, it had a legitimate excuse: it aired outside of its usual Monday timeslot.

Such an excuse does not apply to this week’s episode, which reached even fewer viewers — and aired i the show’s usual Monday at 10PM timeslot.

Monday’s “Teen Wolf,” which was the fifth season’s fourth episode, posted a 0.45 adults 18-49 rating with 1.012 million viewers. Both numbers trail those of last week’s broadcast, which posted a 0.58 with 1.380 million viewers.

Responsible for the previous viewership low, the aforementioned June 30 episode achieved a 0.50 rating with 1.176 million viewers.

Notable, the recent ratings downturn will not immediately affect the show’s future. “Teen Wolf” has already been renewed for a sixth season.
