Ratings: MTV’s “Finding Carter” Ends Streak; Finally Rises

A streak that produced five straight series low viewership marks is finally over. Tuesday’s edition of “Finding Carter” finally enjoyed a week-over-week uptick.

This week’s edition of the MTV drama drew a 0.38 adults 18-49 rating with 723,000 total viewers. Both numbers top those of last week’s series low broadcast, which achieved a 0.32 with 661,000.

One should not mistake this week’s overall performance as a stellar one — the viewership total was the second-worst ever drawn by a “Finding Carter” episode.

But after five straight weeks of declines, a rise in both the adults 18-49 demographic and total viewership is cause for at least a restrained sense of happiness.
