“SNL” Ratings: Woody, Kendrick Episode Posts Season’s 2nd Best Marks

While it did not outperform the Chris Rock-Prince episode, Saturday’s edition of “SNL” delivered solid marks in the context of the 40th season.

The episode, which featured host Woody Harrelson and musical guest Kendrick Lamar, posted a 4.1 overnight household rating. That ties the Jim Carrey-Iggy Azalea episode’s mark as the second-highest this season; the aformentioned Rock-Prince installment leads courtesy its 4.9.

This weekend’s “Saturday Night Live” meanwhile drew a 2.3 adults 18-49 rating in the twenty five markets with local people meters. That ranks as the season’s second-best outright; only the Rock-Prince episode, which drew a 2.4, has performed better.

Next week’s “SNL” features host Cameron Diaz and musical guests Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars.
