Update: Down fairly steeply from its premiere performance, Monday’s “24: Live Another Day” settled for a 2.0 adults 18-49 rating with 6.48 million viewers.
Last week’s two-hour opener drew a 2.6 with 8.08 million.
=======
Neither a rousing success nor a concerning failure, the second week of FOX’s “24: Live Another Day” event retained 84% of its premiere overnight household audience.
Monday’s episode, the third hour of the twelve-part series, drew a 4.9 overnight household rating. Last week’s two-hour premiere drew a 5.8.
That 5.8 translated into a 2.6 adults 18-49 rating with 8.08 million viewers in the final Nielsen data.
Solid thus far, the “Live Another Day” audience is smaller than that drawn by the eighth (and, at the time, final) season of “24” but larger than that garnered by FOX’s previous Monday at 9PM occupant “The Following.”
