Unlike the Teen Choice Awards, the MTV Movie Awards and a host of more youth-skewing awards celebrations, the Academy Awards (Oscars) tend to welcome a more mature crowd.
By no means should that imply that contemporary beauty is absent–gorgeous women like Zoe Saldana, Elizabeth Canalis, Charlize Theron, Elizabeth Banks, Jennifer Lopez, Stana Katic and more were all in attendance. It does, however, imply that the young “CW”-era females that typically generate red carpet buzz are not as easy-to-locate.
The few youth-skewing females that were there all did their best to standout, however, and photographs of Miley Cyrus, Kristen Stewart and Amanda Seyfried are all generating buzz.
Did they look good? Did they fit in with the Oscar theme?
