The Taylor Swift publicity train certainly will not be coming to a halting screech as the young pop-country songstress celebrates her Grammy Award for Album of the Year.
And in the first of many comments to come on the victory for 2008’s “Fearless,” Swift explains that Sunday was a night to remember.
“I will remember this night, this celebration, the screaming and hugging of people I love. The words on cards of hotel room good luck roses,” Tweeted Swift early Monday morning.
Speaking to MTV News, Swift was also sure to thank the millions of fans who made “Fearless” such a commercial success.
“What I’d like to say to you guys is that I appreciate it so much, everything that you do,” said Swift in the interview. “You go out and you buy tickets to my shows and buy the albums, and I am just so happy tonight.”
