Variety reports that Adam Sandler has booked a joint role as both title characters in upcoming comedy “Jack and Jill.”
Penned by Steve Koren, the romantic comedy features Sandler playing Jack and his twin sister Jill. To be produced under the Happy Madison banner by Sandler, Todd Garner and Jack Giarraputo, the comedy will film next year for a 2011 release.
Sandler will next be seen with many of his past collaboration partners in ensemble comedy “Grown Ups.”
