Fewer than 100 spins separate the #1 and #2 songs on this week’s Mediabase pop radio airplay chart.

The #1 song, for the record, is Camila Cabello’s “Never Be The Same.” Zedd, Maren Morris & Grey’s “The Middle” holds at #2.

“Never Be The Same,” which earns a fourth week at #1, received 15,445 spins during the May 20-26 tracking period. The count trails last week’s mark by 1,112 plays but is enough to keep Cabello’s single atop the chart.

“The Middle” received 15,353 spins during the tracking period (-616).

Up two places, Imagine Dragons’ “Whatever It Takes” earns #3 on this week’s chart. The alternative crossover received 12,409 plays (+30).

Post Malone’s “Psycho (featuring Ty Dolla $ign)” surges four spots to #4 with 12,222 spins (+1,880), while a play count of 11,952 (+371) brings Maroon 5’s “Wait” up one spot to #5.
