Robert DeLong Repeats as Alt’s Most-Added, Weezer Follows

Robert DeLong’s new single “Long Way Down” is building the foundation it will need to travel a long way up the alternative airplay chart.

The track repeats as the alternative/modern rock radio format’s most-added this week.

According to Mediabase, “Long Way Down” claims that most-added position on the strength of 8 monitored Mediabase pickups this week.

The song, which was the third-greatest airplay gainer between November 11 and 17, is already up to #34 on the alternative format’s rolling airplay chart.

Close behind on this week’s add board is Weezer’s “Da Vinci.” The follow-up to “Back to the Shack” claims the runner-up position at alternative thanks to 7 monitored adds.

U2’s “Every Breaking Wave” and Yelawolf follow with 6 adds each, while Dirty Heads’ “Sound of Change” grabs fifth-most-added courtesy its 5 alternative pickups.
