Traditionally reserved for the final three contestants, the annual “Idol” homecoming trip was extended to four this season.
That means remaining finalists Jax, Nick Fradiani, Rayvon Owen and Clark Beckham all returned to their respective hometowns this weekend.
For Jax, the homecoming excursion brought her back to East Brunswick, New Jersey. Nick returned to Guilford, Connecticut, while Rayvon and Clark went home to Richmond, Virginia and Nashville, Tennessee, respectively.
Not simply there to relax, the four contestants met with hometown fans, participated in interviews and performed.
