Def Jam Eyeing Justin Bieber’s “Company” As Next Single

While it has not yet formally confirmed the news, let alone provided an official impact date, Def Jam is indicating that “Company” will be the next radio single from Justin Bieber’s “Purpose.”

The label’s promotions team informally tipped radio professionals this week.

News of the apparent fourth single selection comes as third single “Love Yourself” enjoys a third straight week atop the Mediabase pop airplay chart. It has also cracked the Top 5 at rhythmic radio and Top 15 at hot adult contemporary.

A fan favorite from the album, “Company” has thus far sold 55,052 copies in the United States. It drove 1,437 of those sales during the February 5-11 tracking week.

The news should, of course, not be treated as confirmed until Def Jam formally commences promotion for the next single.
